These Oregon Du Drops are made with standard recycled bulbs and measure about 2.5 by 2.5 by 6”. Du Bois uniquely textures each one with a flame to make it appear, when filled with Oregon rain, as if it is a melting ball of ice. He then hangs a clear glass tube of natural, Preciosa or Swarovski birthstones inside, fills it with rain captured on the Oregon Coast during one of the 12 months of the year, and tops it with an hexagonal brass bell from India.
